Strap
yourself in for the ride of your life...
Somewhere
in the far-flung reaches of the
universe, a race of epic proportions is
about to be run. Space-faring dragsters
sporting 1,000,000 horsepower plasma
turbine engines rumble in anticipation
of the coming challenge. Do you
have what it takes to hurtle down the
straightaway at near light speed while
dodging mines, missiles and deadly ion
blasts? Only the brave or the
foolish need step forward. Take
control of one of four unique dragsters
and arm yourself with your choice of
equipment. Then, if your nerve
permits, shoot for a good breakout and
get ready to haul some serious
interstellar ass!
The Great Space Drag Race
is a 2-4 player game designed for quick
play, with games lasting 20-30 minutes.
Included are 4 dragster Control
Consoles, 88 play cards, 80+ counters,
the track dice and 4 custom miniatures
representing the dragsters. The
rules are easy to pick up and your
dragster will be blazing a path to glory
in no time...

- A bit more info about The Great
Space Drag Race. The
initial printing will be limited to 150

There are hints that a larger and more
comprehensive version of this game may
show up next year.
Try
it out at Origins if you will be there,
it sounds like a massive tournament is
planed with a cool trophy for the
winner.
