Dominate the
galaxy through conquest and diplomacy
J.U.M.P. Into the Unknown from the
Evil Polish Brothers, LLC is coming to
the Internet
J.U.M.P. Into the Unknown and
conquer the galaxy! J.U.M.P. is a game
for 1 to 4 players. Each player tries
to dominate the galaxy through
economic, technological, and military
means. J.U.M.P has easy to learn
mechanics and addictive game play that
offers moveable map tiles, flexible
map board configuration, random
generation tables and variant victory
conditions. “We are very excited to
add J.U.M.P. to our line up. A space
tactical game adds additional
diversity to our current game
offerings and the solo play component
is a great benefit to our site.”
states Kelly Minton, Marketing Manager
for the online game company.

- Word from the Evil
Polish Brothers
is that the JUMP:
Genesis
expansions shipped on 6/29 so they
should be hitting stores now or pick
one up at Origins.
5/18/2001
- It looks like these expansions will
ship middle/end of June and they will
be at Origins for demo and sale:
A bit more about these new races from EPB:
(1)
Races - each race will have their own
attributes (advantages and
disadvantages).
(2)
Leaders - these guys add different
bonuses to combat, diplomacy, etc.
You don't want to lose these guys.
(3)
New Units - some races will have
different units (compatible purchase
charts for JUMP: Into the Unknown are
included) and some races will have
units that do more things than in the
JUMP game. Cool.
(4)
Boards - none. You don't need a
board for the Genesis games. You
can play anywhere. We include
unique "rulers" for ease of
game play.
(5)
Miniature rules - Genesis can be
played with some base miniature that
we will provide. The
"rulers" will aid in game
play and the hexagon design makes for
ease of covered arc. Oh, some
units have strength levels as well.
(6)
Price - $10.00 per Genesis game.
Also
it seems that the deal with GeoHex
mentioned earlier did not work out.

2 New JUMP:
Into the Unknown
expansions to ship in May 2001:
JUMP:
Genesis - Die Cast Messiahs vs.
Cannibal Korp
The
Die-Cast Messiahs endure painful
metallic tattooing and piercing for
the glory of their god. Convert or be
reprogrammed is their creed. Only the
Cannibal Korp can resist for the
living dead has no soul.
JUMP:
Genesis - Savage Manakins vs. Micro
Titans
The
Micro Titans are the universes most
efficient and adaptable miners. Bred
to ignore environment they are stout
warriors who are now in for the fight
of their lives against the Savage
Manikins; living machines created and
stored long ago but uncovered in a
fateful mining exploration.
Each
expansion and future JUMP:
Genesis
editions are stand alone 2 player
games that can be combined into 2 or
more player games or played solo. They
are also compatible as race expansions
with the JUMP:
Into the Unknown CORE
game. Each JUMP:
Genesis Race Expansion
includes:

pieces;

mentioned a couple of soon to be

alone 1-2 player game.
*
JUMP: Genocide - introduces 2 RACES

Also
those Evil

about
how to use JUMP
as a campaign system for Full
Thrust.
Plus there was talk about a line of

5/20/2000
